How carving works
Your Kanvas has 5 layers of colour. The deeper you karve, the more layers you reveal. Slow strokes go deeper too.
- Black
- Orange
- Green
- Blue
- White
- Light: a gentle scratch through the white surface to reveal black.
- Medium: everyday pressure. Reaches the orange and green layers.
- Deep: press harder to cut right through to blue.
Trace the Karvaura logo, or carve freely.
Saved designs are also added to the Karvaura Kommunity Kollage.

Karvaura is a creative wellness brand built around the Karving Kanvas, a patent-pending sheet made of stacked layers of colour.
You karve into it with a small hand tool, and different colours appear depending on how deep and how hard you go. The art is revealed, not painted. No paint, no setup and no experience needed.
